Account Deletion Request - Candy Pop Quest

This page explains how to request deletion of your Candy Pop Quest account and associated cloud data.

How to delete your account in the app

You can delete your account from inside the game:

• Open Settings.
• Open Cloud Sync.
• Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request email. Please include the email address used in the app (or your Google account email), and the device platform (Android/iOS).

Data that will be deleted

• Cloud save data (progress, coins, scores, levels, boosters).
• Cloud account identifiers (Firebase UID).

Data that may be retained

• Purchase records handled by Google Play (not stored by us).
• Limited records if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Local data

Local data on your device can be removed by resetting the game in settings or uninstalling the app.
